Book Your Tour – Application Form

Please print and fill out the booking form pdf. You can send it via post, fax or scanned attached to an Email. To make sure there is vacancy on the tour you want to book, please call us on +49 (0)89 1250 3683-0 or send an email to info@go-alps.com.

After we received your signed booking form we will confirm the booking if there is vacancy. You will receive your written travel confirmation from us and the invoice, which is due 26 days before departure. A deposit is not necessary. To find the name, date and services offered for a particular tour, please refer to our website. Then use this data to fill out the registration form. If you need to cancel the trip, the cancellation policy (Terms and Conditions) shall apply. We recommend that you cancel in writing.
